IPTV Streamer Pro had everything it needed to win the users’ attention: seamless cross-device sync, 4K quality, and a flexible interface. What it lacked was visibility. 

Before optimization, the app was almost invisible in App Store search. It wasn’t indexed for the queries that truly defined its niche, meaning users simply couldn’t find it—no matter how good the product was.

Our task was to give this hidden gem the spotlight it deserved—not through paid promotion, but by building a clear, data-driven ASO structure that would finally make the app searchable, visible, and relevant to the right audience.

IPTV Streamer Pro isn’t just another player—it’s a complete personal streaming hub. Built for people who like to keep things simple yet under control, it brings sports, live TV, movies, and shows together in one place.

The app runs seamlessly across iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with iCloud keeping everything in sync so your playlists and preferences follow you everywhere. The interface feels intuitive from the first tap—you can import multiple IPTV subscriptions, create your own playlists, or add new channels manually.
What makes it stand out is its balance between depth and simplicity: advanced features like EPG, HD/4K playback, and parental controls coexist with a clean, accessible design. It’s a solid, well-built app—one that already delivered a great experience but wasn’t reaching the audience it deserved.

The app’s mission is simple: give users a convenient high-quality way to organize and enjoy their favorite content anywhere, anytime.
The challenge: invisible in a sea of streamers
The streaming niche is brutally competitive. Well-funded competitors dominated search results with polished pages, while IPTV Streamer Pro’s listing was underperforming.

The core issues were:

  • Weak discoverability. The app's metadata wasn’t aligned with the App Store’s algorithm or its users—it was missing crucial keywords and localizations, so it simply didn’t appear for relevant keywords.

  • Limited visibility foundation. While the product itself was strong, it lacked a structured ASO setup. Without a clear semantic base, Apple’s algorithm couldn’t correctly link it to streaming-related searches.

  • Uninspiring visuals. The existing screenshots were functional but failed to tell a story or convey the app’s premium feel. The developers also lacked a library of creative assets to build on, which limited the overall presentation.
What we did
We treated the project as a full ASO rebuild—combining data-driven textual optimization with a complete redesign of the app’s visual identity.

Our goal was to make IPTV Streamer Pro searchable, correctly indexed, and visible in relevant search results rather than just more visually appealing.
Stage 1. Textual optimization
We started by identifying what held the app back in search. While IPTV Streamer Pro had solid user reviews and a well-built product, its metadata was nearly invisible to Apple’s algorithm. 

There were no optimized keyword clusters, and the app wasn’t using additional localizations that could improve indexing in the US and related English-speaking markets.

Our ASO team conducted a full-scale keyword analysis across the streaming category—covering high-, mid-, and low-volume queries related to IPTV, sports broadcasting, live TV, and media playback.

We mapped competitors’ visibility, analyzed their metadata strategies, and rebuilt the app’s metadata from scratch to maximize indexing potential and improve relevance across semantic groups.

The title, subtitle, and keyword field were rewritten to increase semantic density while keeping the copy natural and human-readable. Every word was chosen to serve both algorithmic recognition and user intent.

Once the new metadata went live, the app began to appear for the first time in the App Store search results across dozens of previously unreachable keywords, setting the foundation for sustainable visibility growth.
Stage 2. Visual optimization
Alongside the textual work, our design team developed a new visual concept from the ground up. 

The focus here wasn’t on superficial appeal but on aligning visuals with the new metadata and search strategy, ensuring that screenshots clearly reflected the app’s key strengths—multi-device sync, HD/4K quality, and personalized control.
The updated screenshots combined product storytelling with visual clarity, creating a consistent experience across both search and browse contexts.

After the update, the app started surfacing for relevant search terms across the US App Store, marking a turning point in its discoverability.

Key outcomes:

  • +124 keywords indexed in the US locale after optimization, giving the app a presence in search results where it previously didn’t appear
